 Ocean Technology & Environmental Consulting (OTEC) was established in
2006. Our mission is to provide highly qualified consultants for every
aspect of ocean science and technology and to provide access to
accurate and reliable ocean science information. Our consulting staff
includes biological, chemical, geological, and physical oceanographers,
marine biologists, ocean engineers, environmental scientists and
lawyers, IP and VC experts, and writers. All of our consultants are
Ph.D's and/or have over 10 years experience in their respective fields.

knowledge base to help you with your marine-related project or idea.
